MRS. WERNER IS GIVEN AUTO RIDE TO OLD HOME

Mrs. Magdalina Werner, widow of Henry Werner, murdered Issaquah rancher, enjoyed an automobile trip from the county jail to her old home yesterday, accompanied by Deputy Sheriff J. W. Roberts and her attorneys. Judge Frater gave her permission to make the trip to obtain evidence for her defense. The validity of the Werner will has been attacked by the widow in a petition filed in the superior court, asking for $500 to aid in her defense and buy clothing necessary for her wants. Werner left his widow the household effects and a sum of money on hand at his death. He bequeathed the 160-acre ranch and live stock, valued at $6,000, to his four children.
