'Peeping Tom' Is Nabbed By Police

Hiding near the home of Thomas Bolding, 3731 Noela St., Friday night, Detective George Von Arnswaldt nabbed Gilbert R. Bloss, 24, Ft. Ruger, in the act of peeping through windows in Mr. Balding's home.

Bloss, who has been charged with trespass and turned over to military authorities, is believed to be the prowler reported frequently during the past two weeks in the Diamond Head and Black Point area.

When Bloss was arrested, a pair of field glasses was found on him.

When a prowler was reported as having been seen near Mr. Balding's home Thursday night, Detectives Von Arnswaldt, James Markham and Victor Coxhead were detailed to watch the vicinity Friday night.

Von Arnswaldt hid himself near the house and saw the man walking into Mr. Balding's ground. He followed and arrested him.
