At the Central Criminal Court to-day, the Grand Jury returned a true Bill against John Sholto Douglas, Marquis of Queensberry, for the alleged libelling of Mr. Oscar Wilde. The case is expected to be in the list before the judge to-morrow morning. Sir Edward Clarke, Q.C., and Mr. Charles Mathews are for the prosecution; Mr. Carson, Q.C., Mr. C. F. Gill, and Mr. A. Gill have been instructed for the defense.
